ECIDS requires all users to login via Utah ID:

You need to have a Utah ID account. If you don't have a Utah ID account, you will need create one at https://id.utah.gov.
The email address on your Utah ID account needs to exactly match the one on your ECIDS account. If not, contact ecids@utah.gov to update your ECIDS account.

Log in with Utah ID

Your ECIDS account will be associated to your Utah ID account by matching up the emails. If your email for the ECIDS account differs from your Utah ID account, then contact the administrator to correct your ECIDS account email.

When prompted by Utah ID to allow ECIDS to access requested private information (email, name), you must click "Allow". This is required to correctly link up your account.
