Available Programs

Ages and Stages Questionnaire: The Utah Department of Health manages a Brookes Publishing Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) Online Enterprise Account. ASQ developmental screening data in ECIDS represents over 170 community-based screening programs across Utah.

Baby Watch Early Intervention Program: Baby Watch, located at the Utah Department of Health, are the IDEA Part C Early Intervention providers in Utah. Baby Watch is a statewide program and ECIDS is integrating data from community-based providers located throughout Utah.

Child Care Subsidy: Child Care Subsidy (CCS) also known as Child Care Assistance data in ECIDS is received from the Utah Department of Workforce Services/Office of Child Care. The CCS program is statewide.

Head Start - Centro de la Familia de Utah: Centro de la Familia de (CDLF) Utah is an Early Head Start and Head Start (EHS/HS) provider serving children in Salt Lake County and other areas throughout Utah.

Home Visiting - Legacy System: Home Visiting - Legacy System: The Utah Department of Health is the lead agency for the Office of Home Visiting (OHV) program. Legacy data includes data from the Parents as Teachers (PAT) and Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) programs. ECIDS has integrated data from the OHV legacy/historical database with data from community-based programs funded by the state or MIECHV.

Home Visiting - Current System (Penelope) : Home Visiting - Current System (Penelope) : The Utah Department of Health is the lead agency for the Office of Home Visiting (OHV) program. Current data includes data from the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program. ECIDS is integrating data from the PAT/Penelope database with data from community-based programs funded by the state or MIECHV.

Vital Statistics Birth Registry: ECIDS utilizes data from the Vital Statistics Birth Registry (VS-Birth). Statewide Birth Registry data helps us learn more about infants, toddlers and young children in Utah.

Vital Statistics Death Registry: ECIDS utilizes data from the Vital Statistics Death Registry (VS-Death). Statewide death registry data helps us learn more about infants, toddlers and young children in Utah.

Women Infants and Children: The Women Infants and Children (WIC) program at the Utah Department of Health contributes data to ECIDS. WIC data comes from community-based programs located across the state.

Head Start - Ogden Weber Community Action Program: Ogden Weber Community Action Program (CAP) is an Early Head Start/Head Start provider serving children in Weber County.
