This ASQ standard report displays the number of ASQ counts with the number of ASQ children and ASQ screening details.

Note: If a combination of filter options produce a sample size of less than 10 in the report (total child count and/or distinct count), a user is prompted to expand the filter parameters.
If a subtotal has a result size of less than 10 in a report, use SCSS (small cell size suppression) value instead of the actual value.
